I hereby acknowledge and understand that as an Observer of the workshop listed above, I have the option to turn on my own video and audio settings during the Q&A periods with Terry Real during this eight-session online workshop. I acknowledge this is optional. If I choose to turn on my video and audio, I understand my participation in the workshop will then be recorded. If I do participate LIVE and I am recorded, I grant permission to Terry Real and The Relational Life Institute to include my participation in this event, and in the recordings of the course.

I understand that the recording will be for Terry’s private and professional training usage. 

I acknowledge and understand that the recorded version of this course will be available for purchase to the mental health community.

I understand that being filmed is completely optional, I can keep my audio and video off the entire time.
